Configuration, quantity and duration
You choose a configuration, from 1 to 10 lots, and a duration of 3, 7 or 30 days. One lot includes one card, except the B200 lot, which includes two. The USD total corresponds to the lot price for the chosen duration, multiplied by the number of lots.
The specifications on the page and the summary let you verify the hardware ordered. The selected software environment is a preparation preference. No automatic renewal or surcharge is applied.
Settlement and access preparation
The settlement instructions specify the asset, the network, the address, the exact amount and the deadline. After your transfer, "I've paid" records a report. Settlement confirmation comes after verification.
Confirmed payment and the delivery of GPU access are two separate steps. Check your rental status to follow its preparation. A paid status alone does not mean the GPU is active.
Top-up and use of balance
A confirmed top-up credits the USD balance in your account. Paying for a rental with this balance produces a separate debit, linked to the order. You can find these entries in the transactions.
A top-up and a rental each have their own summary. Check the type of operation before paying: a direct rental payment does not top up the balance.
Contact details and account access
First name, last name and email are the order contact details. IteraGPU requires neither an ID document nor a KYC procedure. Create an account with these details and a password, or log in to your existing account before ordering. The email address is not verified by sending an email.
Log in with your email and password to find your orders from another browser. Logging out ends the session without deleting the account. At sign-up, only the data from the current guest session, still valid and not already linked, can be kept in the account. The same email address does not give access to old records from another browser.
Software and workloads
You organize your workloads independently and choose the software suited to your project. Check the dependencies, licenses and usage rights required. IteraGPU does not inspect the content of your files, prompts or computations.
Prepare for backup and recovery of useful results before the end of your rental. The notebook can store your references and observations; it does not upload your datasets.
Documents and requests related to an order
The downloadable summary describes the order and its status. It is not a tax invoice. For a question about a payment, a document, a change, or a refund request, open a support request with the order reference.
Specify the expected result, the situation observed, and the steps already taken. These details help link your request to the right operation.
