Contact details requested at checkout
First name, last name, and email are used for contact and for tracking your case. The form checks their format without presenting the email as a verified identity. No identity document is requested, and the payment flow does not include a KYC procedure.
The absence of KYC does not mean the absence of order data. The selected configuration, duration, quantity, amounts, and payment statuses are kept in order to find and track the operation.
Sessions linked to your account
An HttpOnly session cookie contains a random identifier associated with a server-side session. The page code cannot read this cookie. Its maximum duration is 30 days. Logging in is required to view your data, which remains isolated from that of other accounts.
Logging out revokes the session in use. You can log back in with your email and password, in this browser or another, to retrieve your account data. Clearing cookies or logging out does not delete the account or its orders.
Payment information kept server-side
Payment tracking uses the issued instructions, amounts, "I paid" reports, and the transaction details needed for verification. The balance and its entries are kept server-side and linked to your account.
No private wallet key is requested. The contact details entered to place an order must not contain any secret that could grant access to your wallet or your services.
No inspection of the content of your work
IteraGPU does not inspect the content of your files, prompts, or computations. You choose the models, software, and processing for your project and you organize their execution.
This policy concerns the content of your work. It does not remove the information needed for the operation and tracking of the service, such as the requested configuration, order statuses, and payment data.
The notebook and support requests
ML notes and observations are the texts you choose to save. Dataset records keep a reference and provenance details; they do not upload the files concerned. The notebook does not automatically collect telemetry from your computations.
Support keeps your message in your account without sending an external email. Include the details useful for diagnosis and the order reference. Avoid entering keys, passwords, or sensitive data.
Viewing your data or making a request
You can view orders and download their summary from your account. The settings let you change the display name and the notebook's organization, as well as change the password by providing the current one. This change revokes all previous sessions and opens a new session. An export or deletion request can be recorded in support with the relevant references.
The session cookie's duration does not describe the retention period of all records. For a question about the data of a specific order, include its identifier in your request. IteraGPU adds no advertising or third-party audience measurement.
